"Scallop Bubbly Bake"
| Ingredients | | | 1 | pound | scallops | | | 8 | oz | lobster meat | | | 1 | each | onion, finely diced | | | 3 | each | celery stalks, finely diced | | | 1 | cn | mushrooms, sliced, 8oz | | | 1 | each | green pepper, finely diced | | | 2 | tablespoon | butter | | | 1 | cn | cream of mushroom soup, 10oz | | | 1 | cup | buttered bread crumbs | | | | | | Directions:
| Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables. Place in a greased casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
